Ivory Décor has a proven track record of driving strong, profitable sales growth on Amazon and possesses the expertise to guide companies through the platform’s complex and ever-evolving landscape. It recently adopted an agency model, managing Amazon sales on behalf of brands rather than selling products directly on Amazon.

Although Ivory Décor’s expertise is highly valued by its target clients, it lacked the ability to produce the financial materials required to support its investment case. As it transitioned to an agency model, it incurred significant startup costs. UGL Analytics was engaged to assist in its efforts to raise capital.

The first phase of the project was to translate Ivory’s business plan into a financial model—a quantitative representation of its growth potential. Sophisticated modeling skills were required to reflect the sales ramp-up of a business with seasonal fluctuations. The model’s clear and structured presentation gave the client deeper insight into its projected growth trajectory.

To attract investors, Ivory needed a document that would clearly convey the compelling story of its business. Ivory’s agency strategy fills a critical market need: many brands seek to establish Amazon as a new sales channel, but lack the expertise to succeed on the complex and competitive platform.

It explained the challenges of operating and competing on Amazon and how Ivory helps brands overcome those obstacles. The presentation also included financial information to underscore Ivory’s growth potential and investment case. The final section profiles each of its existing clients, demonstrating its ability to attract high-caliber clients and validating its potential for continued success.
